Job summary

Straco Group is seeking a 3D Retail Designer for their creative retail activation work. The role involves delivering standout 3D visuals for POS displays, window displays, and promotional activations, with hybrid/remote options and occasional travel to HQ/site/client visits.

You will collaborate across teams to ensure design feasibility, present to clients, and bring your own style to a fast-growing studio. Strong software skills and a proactive, imaginative mindset are required.

Qualifications

• 5–6 years of 3D design experience within the retail sector.
• Full proficiency in the use of 3D Studio Max or SketchUp, V-Ray and Adobe CC.
• Good understanding of manufacturing processes and technical design would be an advantage.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and clients.
• Self-motivated, with excellent organisational skills.
• Proactive and eager to push boundaries.
• Enthusiastic and passionate.
• Imaginative, with creative flair.
• A strategic thinker.

We're looking for a new 3D Retail Designer to join our client's creative retail activation agency. You'll work on a variety of projects including POS displays, window displays and promotional activations. Bringing brands to life, by creating unique experiences.

This company offers hybrid / remote working. Although you will need to be able to travel to HQ / site / client visits, sometimes at short notice.
