Job summary

Frontline in Bath is seeking an Account Manager 3D Retail to lead delivery of 3D retail display projects for a major client. You will manage day-to-day account activity, translate client requirements into briefs for the design team, and drive projects from briefing through to final delivery while maintaining profitability.

You will work with colleagues to ensure designs meet client expectations, identify growth opportunities, and maintain strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• At least three years’ experience in the design and management of retail display manufacturing and installation.
• General marketing and retail marketing knowledge.
• Knowledge of retail display production and installation rollouts.
• Awareness of current retail design trends.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Strong time-management and budget-management skills.
• Excellent relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the successful delivery of 3D retail display projects, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.
• Act as the main point of contact for a major blue-chip client and translate requirements into briefs for the design team.
• Oversee projects from briefing to delivery and ensure designs meet client expectations and commercial needs.
• Identify opportunities to grow accounts while maintaining relationships and profitability.
• Hold regular client status meetings and produce WIP and job status reports.
• Produce quotes and maintain supporting project documentation.
