JT Recruit Ltd. is seeking a proactive Recruitment Consultant for the Derby Head Office. You will own your desk, build client relationships and place candidates across commercial, transport, and logistics sectors.

Prior recruitment experience is not mandatory; transferable skills and drive to succeed are welcomed. The role is based at JT Recruit Head Office in Derby, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, within 7am-6pm.

Qualifications

• Candidate should be a confident communicator with strong relationship-building skills.
• Experience in commercial environments is beneficial but not essential.
• Ability to win business and work to targets.

Responsibilities

• Own your desk and develop client relationships.
• Source, interview and place candidates across sectors.
• Manage full recruitment process from client conversation to placement.
