Academics in Southampton is recruiting a Recruitment Consultant for our Education Sector (Temp Desk). You will fulfil daily and long-term supply roles across primary, secondary, and SEN schools, building strong candidate and client relationships in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

The role offers a competitive base salary of 27,000–32,000 with monthly uncapped commission, plus training on safeguarding and clear progression to Senior Consultant and Team Lead.
