360 Recruitment Consultant – Remote | Energy Transition and Decarbonisation

Location: Fully Remote (UK-based)

Salary: up to £50k + Commission

A high-impact, independent executive search firm is hiring a Remote 360 Recruitment Consultant to join its growing team. About the Role

This firm partners with investor-backed businesses across renewable energy, chemicals, infrastructure, and technology, placing senior talent into growth-critical roles. Working directly with founders, boards, and investors, you’ll be influencing the buildout of leadership teams at companies driving transformative change.

This role is ideal for someone with proven experience in these sectors and a passion for high-impact work.

Responsibilities

Win and deliver on retained and contingent search mandates
Build and manage relationships with high-growth, investment-backed clients
Provide market insight and strategic hiring guidance to senior stakeholders
Identify and engage passive candidates across Europe and North America
Run full-cycle recruitment processes, from briefing through to placement
Generate leads, referrals, and client intelligence through consistent outreach
Contribute to wider business growth through collaboration and expertise sharing

What You Need

Minimum 2 years' experience in a 360 or full-desk recruitment role
Experience recruiting in markets such as clean energy, emerging tech, chemicals, or infrastructure
Confidence in business development and stakeholder management
A strategic mindset and comfort working independently in a remote setup
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Passion for working with mission-driven businesses and emerging industries
