The Opportunity

You’ll manage the full 360 recruitment process within the engineering, manufacturing and technical sectors, combining business development with delivering a first‑class recruitment service.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Winning new business and developing existing client relationships.
• Building a strong pipeline of clients, vacancies and candidates.
• Managing the full permanent recruitment lifecycle, from vacancy qualification to placement.
• Developing long‑term relationships through a consultative approach.
• Growing your desk and consistently achieving commercial objectives.

What We’re Looking For
