Job summary

One Way is seeking an experienced 360 Excavator Operator to join an ongoing project in Bridport, starting Monday. You will operate a 5T or 8T excavator safely and efficiently, while carrying out ducting works and general groundworks on site.

The role requires: relevant excavator qualification/card, site tickets, and proven experience with 5T/8T machines; a strong focus on health and safety, and the ability to work in a team or alone.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid 360 Excavator operator qualification/card.
• Site tickets and relevant skill cards for the project.
• Proven experience operating 5T/8T excavators.
• Experience with ducting, drainage and general groundworks.
• Good understanding of site health & safety.

Responsibilities

• Operate a 5T or 8T 360 excavator safely and efficiently.
• Carry out ducting works and verge/drainage tasks.
• Install and excavate fin drains; perform general site duties.
• Work safely in accordance with RAMS and site procedures.
• Maintain the machine and carry out daily checks.

• Verge works and associated groundworks
• Installation and excavation for fin drains
• General excavation and site duties as required
• Working safely in accordance with site procedures and RAMS
• Maintaining the machine and carrying out daily checks
