Job summary

Smart Solutions are recruiting for an experienced 360 Excavator Driver to join their busy green waste recycling site in Colsterworth, Grantham.

Salary £15.50p/h, paid weekly on Fridays. Shifts Monday to Friday, 08:00–17:00. This is full-time, ongoing work with immediate start available for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Previous experience operating a 360 excavator is essential.
• Valid 360 Excavator licence or competency card (CPCS/NPORS or equivalent) preferred.
• Experience in recycling, waste management, quarrying, or similar environments is advantageous.
• Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Operate a 360 excavator safely and efficiently.
• Feed green waste materials into shredding machinery.
• Support screening operations and material separation processes.
• Sort, move, and manage materials across the site.
• Carry out daily machine inspections and report defects.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized working environment.
• Follow all site health and safety procedures at all times.
• Assist with other site duties as required.

Monday to Friday, 0800hrs - 1700hrs

Our client is currently recruiting for an experienced 360 Excavator Driver to join their busy green waste recycling site in Colsterworth, Grantham.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing operation where you'll play a key role in the handling and processing of green waste materials. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating a 360 excavator safely and efficiently while supporting the site's shredding and screening operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate a 360 excavator safely and efficiently.
• Feed green waste materials into shredding machinery.
• Support screening operations and material separation processes.
• Sort, move, and manage materials across the site.
• Carry out daily machine inspections and report any defects.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organised working environment.

Candidate Requirements

• Previous experience operating a 360 excavator is essential.
• A valid 360 Excavator licence or competency card (CPCS, NPORS or equivalent) is preferred.
• Previous experience within recycling, waste management, quarrying, agriculture, or a similar environment is advantageous.
• Strong awareness of Health & Safety regulations.
• Reliable, hardworking, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Willing to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
