The Opportunity

As a Collecting Officer, you will join a flexible and motivated regional team, trained to collect legally defensible samples using methods such as urine, breath, hair, and oral fluid at customer locations. Collecting Officers are customer-focused and must maintain integrity by following our chain of custody process at all collections.

Locations:

• Bristol
• Croydon
• Hounslow
• Maidstone
• Isle of Wight

What You’ll Do

• Conduct specimen collections competently, following procedures and customer requirements to deliver quality service at customer locations.
• Be available to attend collections during the day, evenings, weekends, and public holidays as needed.
• Participate in a 24-hour on-call rota, responding promptly and arriving on site within 2 hours.
• Stay current with processes by reading, acknowledging updates, and attending audits.
• Perform any other reasonable duties as directed by management.

Required Qualifications

• Educated to National Standards.
• Good verbal, written, and communication skills.
• IT literate with basic skills in Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Self-motivated with a flexible approach to work.
• Ability to follow set processes to ensure correct outcomes.
• Valid driving license and own vehicle.
