CUSTOMER SERVICE ADVISOR

Carbon60 are looking to recruit a Customer Service Advisor to work for a large utilities company based in Reading.

ROLE: Customer Service Advisor

SALARY: £14.79 p/h, circa £28,400 per annum (PAYE)

JOB TYPE: 3 months with extension likely

LOCATION: Reading (RG1) - No. 1 43 The Forbury Forbury Road, Reading RG1 3JH

HOURS: Full time, 37 hours, Monday to Friday

WORKING PATTERN: Hybrid working - currently 2 days in the office and 3 days at home. This is NOT a fully remote position.

THE ROLE:

  • You will support the already customers ranging from both inbound and outbound telephony.
  • You will support the already customers via email and website communications.
  • You will check outbound/inbound customer letters.
  • Telephony experience is essential for this role.



THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE:

  • Must be comfortable handling high volume of calls daily.
  • Knowledge of utilities is desirable, although training will be provided.
  • Good IT Skills.
  • Ability to stay calm under pressure.
