Job summary

Hatfield-based client is seeking an experienced 3.5 Tonne Van Driver for an immediate-start temporary role in Hatfield. You will manage deliveries and collections, load/unload, and support the warehouse team as required.

Key attributes include a full UK driving licence, reliable timekeeping, and strong customer service. The role operates Monday to Friday, 09:00–17:00, with weekly pay and a friendly, supportive team.

Qualifications

• Has a full UK driving licence and relevant van driving experience.
• Demonstrates safe driving and ability to handle deliveries and collections.
• Strong customer service and clear communication skills.
• Reliable with good timekeeping and attention to detail.
• Comfortable with manual handling and warehouse support.

Responsibilities

• Drive a 3.5 tonne van to complete deliveries and collections.
• Load and unload goods and check orders prior to dispatch.
• Obtain signatures and complete delivery paperwork.
• Provide friendly, professional service to customers.
• Follow planned delivery routes and conduct basic vehicle checks.
• Support with picking/packing and general warehouse duties as needed.
