Job description

We're looking for a talented Waste Operative to drive 3.5 tonne for our client.

They want to recruit someone with a demonstrable background of previous experience in the field.

If that's you then you could be exactly what they're looking for, even if you've got limited work experience.

The Role:

As the 3.5 tonne Driver, you'll report to the Team Leader and will be primarily responsible for working in a team and performing well under pressure in new environments on a daily basis.

Shifts: Monday to Sunday. 4 on/4 off. 2 shifts available: 6:30am to 2pm and 2pm to 10pm. Temp to Perm role.

In the job you'll be tasked with the following:

1. You will set off on a pre-planned route as the driver collecting waste.

Requirements:

• Full UK driving license with Category C (Class 2)
• Excellent time management and organisational skills
• A strong work ethic and 'can-do' attitude
• Reliability and punctuality
• UK right to work

In addition, you'll need the following:

• Excellent communication skills
• A minimum of 1 year's experience (desirable)
• A flexible attitude and a team player
