Energy Transition Associate (3–5 PQE)

A leading international law firm is seeking to hire a 3–5 PQE Associate for its expanding Renewable Energy & Energy Transition practice in London. This is a key position within a high-performing team that advises on some of the most strategically significant energy projects and investments across the UK and Europe.

The team has a strong reputation for advising developers, sponsors, utilities, and institutional investors on the full lifecycle of renewable and low-carbon projects, including offshore and onshore wind, solar, hydrogen, energy storage, carbon capture, and broader infrastructure related to the energy transition.

The Role:

1. Advising on M&A, joint ventures, project development, and commercial contracts across various renewable and low-carbon energy projects.
2. Collaborating closely with clients to address novel regulatory and commercial issues arising from the transition to net zero.
3. Working with colleagues across corporate, regulatory, construction, and finance teams to deliver integrated solutions.
