A fast-growing financial advisory and investment platform focused on the clean energy sector is looking to add an M&A Associate to its corporate finance team. With a strong track record in capital raising, renewable project development, and market-leading investment research, the firm operates across the UK and Europe with offices in London, Edinburgh, and Amsterdam.

This role offers the opportunity to work on high-impact transactions that accelerate the energy transition. The team has advised on over £20bn in capital raising and has a deep track record in renewable infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

Support execution of M&A, capital raising, and strategic advisory mandates

Build and maintain detailed financial models and valuation analyses

Prepare investment memoranda, pitch materials, and client presentations

Conduct sector and company research to support business development and deal origination

Engage with clients, investors, and project developers throughout deal processes

Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders across research, asset management, and capital markets

Candidate Profile

2–4 years of experience in corporate finance, investment banking, M&A, or transaction services

Strong modelling, analytical, and presentation skills

Passion for the energy transition and understanding of the renewable energy sector

Confident communicator and team player, able to operate in a fast-paced environment

Prior experience in infrastructure or energy deals is a plus
