Job summary

First Fence is looking for a professional driver to join our UK operations. You will be the face of the company on the road, ensuring timely collections and deliveries while upholding road safety and our high service standards.

The role requires a valid Class 2 HGV licence, Driver CPC, Tachograph proficiency, and a solid understanding of UK Driving Hours rules. You will perform pre/post vehicle checks and handle loading/unloading as needed.

• Ability to handle physical demands and load/unload goods safely.
• Knowledge of UK Driving Hours rules and tachographs.

• Timely and accurate collections/delivery of products throughout the UK whilst adhering to road safety regulations.
• Carry out pre/post vehicle inspections / cleanliness
• Follow and comply with all H&S practices, policies and procedures.
• Load and unloading of goods as requested, ensuring proper handling care.

• Ability to handle physical demands of offloading goods.
• Previous experience of loading and securing products while transporting.
• Computer and mobile literate

How you do it

• Valid C1 licence and Tachograph cards.
• No DD, DR's, IN's, TT's.
• Previous experience preferred.
