Job summary

Valeo is seeking a Production Supervisor for our UK facility to lead a small shift of 3-4 hourly Associates on 2nd shift (3PM–11:30PM). You will drive daily production goals, enforce safety rules, and manage absenteeism and environmental risk on the line.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in production supervision within a high-speed manufacturing environment, plus proficiency with Google or Microsoft applications. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred but experience can substitute.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, but experience considered in lieu of education.
• 3+ years of experience in Production Supervision or Maintenance Supervision for a high-speed manufacturing company.
• Experience using Google or Microsoft applications for email and document purposes.

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise Production Associates on 2nd Shift.
• Supervise approximately 3–4 hourly Associates.
• Manage absenteeism, safety rules enforcement, and environmental risk on the line.
• Manage daily production goals to ensure targets are met.
