Job summary

IEWC is seeking a Production Supervisor for the 2nd shift (2pm–10pm, Mon–Thu) to oversee the assembly of electrical control panels. You will lead production staff, ensure safety, quality, and delivery targets, and drive improvements with engineering and operations teams.

The ideal candidate will have experience in electrical product manufacturing, strong analytical skills, and the ability to interpret technical drawings while coordinating multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience leading production teams in electrical product assembly.
• Familiarity with ISO 9001:2015, UL508A, and related manufacturing standards.
• Ability to read and interpret technical prints and designs.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with innovative solutions.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality.

Responsibilities

• Enforce safety policies and lead safety programs in the area.
• Ensure quality standards and QMS targets are met.
• Set daily/weekly/monthly objectives and track progress to shipment.
• Accountable for On-Time-Delivery and high customer service levels.
• Hire and coach production staff, providing training and feedback.
• Drive continuous improvement with support from engineering and operations.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and workmanship standards.
