Requirements
  1. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in 2nd Line support.
  2. Technical qualifications are desirable but not essential, as we provide opportunities to gain necessary certifications.
  3. Strong Microsoft 365 and Azure administration and troubleshooting skills.
  4. Ability to resolve backup and antivirus issues.
  5. Confidence in working with a diverse client base, each with unique challenges and priorities.
  6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with both technical and non-technical audiences.
  7. A genuine interest in technology and a passion for learning new skills.
