YourRecruit Ltd is seeking a capable 2nd Line IT Support Technician in Redhill to join a busy IT team. You will support staff and students across a modern environment, handling day-to-day issues and wider IT projects.
You will be the escalation point for complex problems, managing Microsoft 365, Intune, AD/Entra ID and Group Policy while contributing to IT projects and maintaining security and documentation.

Salary: £34,950.44 per annum
Location: Redhill, with some travel to South Croydon
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:45am - 5:00pm
DBS: Ideally, you'll hold a DBS on the Update Service. If not, a DBS check will be required before starting.

We're looking for an experienced 2nd Line IT Support Technician to join a busy and supportive IT team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys troubleshooting, working with people and getting involved in both day-to-day support and wider IT projects.
You'll be working across a modern IT environment, supporting Microsoft 365, Intune, Active Directory, Entra ID and wider infrastructure, while providing excellent technical support to staff and students.
As the 2nd Line escalation point, you'll take ownership of more complex technical issues and work closely with the wider IT team.
We're looking for someone who is technically confident, proactive and genuinely enjoys helping people.
Experience with Autopilot, MDM, SCCM, JAMF, Veeam, VMware/Hyper-V or education-based MIS systems would be advantageous, as would relevant Microsoft, CompTIA or Cisco qualifications.
