We are seeking a 2nd Line Service Desk Engineer to provide VIP support and troubleshoot technical issues. The role involves working with Windows OS, Active Directory, Office 365, MS Teams, Security, Networking, and general troubleshooting.
Location: Sheffield (Onsite 5 days a week)
Salary: Up to £40,000 + On-Call Allowance + Benefits
