Job summary

A leading company is seeking a 2nd Line Service Desk Analyst to join a dynamic team in York on a hybrid basis. The role focuses on providing efficient IT support, troubleshooting issues related to hardware, software, and networks while maintaining service level agreements in a busy environment. Qualifications

  • Familiarity with configuring and supporting Active Directory and Azure.

Responsibilities

  • Provide 2nd line support for the IT Service Desk.
  • Troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
  • Manage user accounts and permissions in Active Directory.

We are looking for a 2nd line support analyst to join a busy IT Service Desk Analyst

  • Previous experience of working within 1st line support
  • Experience working to and reporting against SLAs.
  • Working in large scale, multi-site environments.
  • Windows 10 support in a domain environment.
  • Hardware, software and peripheral troubleshooting and support.
  • Active Directory/Azure Active Directory administration.
  • Working knowledge of TCP/IP networks.
  • Office 365 administration, troubleshooting and support.
  • Azure Intune troubleshooting and support.
  • VPN troubleshooting and support.
