Position: 2nd Line Managed Services Support Engineer

Location: Hybrid (after probation period, 3 days in office, 2 days at home)

Responsibilities:

• Provide face-to-face and remote IT support to clients, ensuring high levels of service delivery.
• Utilize technical skills across various technologies including Windows Server, O365, Azure, Azure AD, Active Directory, VMware, Hyper-V, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, Networking, WAN, Wireless, Routers, and Switches.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a Managed Service Provider (MSP) environment.
• Excellent client and customer service skills.
• Broad technical knowledge as listed above.
