About the role / company:

This is a great opportunity to join a growing IT Support company based in SW London. They are looking for an experienced 2nd Line Engineer. The company works with established clients in London, supporting their IT needs across both the Public and Private sectors, with recent growth in their customer base.

The role involves supporting and working with the latest Microsoft Cloud technologies. Ideally, you will have several years of experience supporting customers at a 2nd Line level and skills in the following technologies:

• Office 365 support and administration
• PowerShell scripting
• Windows Servers administration
• Mac exposure

Not essential but nice to have:

• Previous experience working with a consultancy / MSP
• M365 Certifications
