Position: 2nd Line IT Support Engineer

Salary: £35,000 - Hybrid after probation

Role: Provide second-line support within a dynamic IT department, working with technologies such as Office 365, Azure, and Server 2022.

Responsibilities:

• Support and troubleshoot issues related to Windows Server (up to 2022), Office 365, and networking.
• Work on various projects and support lines of support.

Requirements:

• Previous MSP experience.
• Full UK Driving License.
• Willingness to work in a hybrid environment post-probation.
• Support for certifications (paid for).
• Own transport and parking facilities.
