2nd Line IT Engineer - Barnet - MSP - £32K-40K (DOE)

A 2nd Line IT Engineer with a solid understanding of Windows Server, O365, Azure, and an MSP background is required by a well-established Microsoft Gold Partner based in Barnet.

This tight-knit MSP has been trading for over 15 years supporting SMEs across the South of England as well as overseas. They take pride in their training and development opportunities and their stellar client retention rate. To support their growth, they have recently moved to a new office in Barnet.

What We're Looking For

• Previous MSP Experience
• Windows Server 2016 and above (implementation, administration)
• Hyper-V virtualization
• O365 Admin Centre (SharePoint, OneDrive)
• Group Policy (DNS/DHCP)
• Exposure to managing cloud-hosted environments (Azure)
• Networking: VLANs, VPNs, configuration of firewalls and switches
• Full UK Drivers license

In this 2nd Line IT Engineer role, you will assist in developing the technical knowledge of the support team with a passion for IT and providing outstanding customer service. The role acts as an escalation point for the 1st Line Support team, offering exposure to cloud-based projects and opportunities to advance your career. Occasional visits to customer sites will be required.
