Job summary

Une société de services technologiques de premier plan au Royaume-Uni recherche un ingénieur de support Avaya de 2e ligne. Vous serez responsable du support des systèmes Avaya CMS pour une large gamme de clients, avec un chemin clair vers le niveau Tier 3 et des opportunités de formation continue vers d'autres technologies de centre de contact cloud. Le travail est principalement à distance avec une seule visite par mois au siège et des interventions d'appel rémunérées.

Qualifications

  • Expérience pratique avec Avaya CMS 8 ou 10 pour gérer les changements d'utilisateur.
  • Expérience préalable en environnement de support de 2e ligne.
  • Éligibilité pour la vérification BPSS et NPPV3 après la probation.

Responsibilities

  • Support du système Avaya pour divers clients du secteur public et privé.
  • Gestion des ajouts et suppressions d'utilisateurs dans Avaya.
  • Participation à la formation pour l'évolution vers le niveau Tier 3.

Looking to level up your Avaya expertise in a remote-first environment with real career progression?

We're working with a leading UK tech services provider to find a 2nd Line Avaya Support Engineer who’s confident with Avaya CMS 8 or 10, and comfortable handling user changes, deletions, and general system support.

This team supports a wide range of enterprise and public sector customers — with training pathways to Tier 3 and cross-training across cloud contact centre platforms (CXone, NICE, etc.) and wider infrastructure.

You’ll need:

? Hands-on experience with Avaya CMS 8 or 10 (additions, deletions, user changes)

? Previous experience in a 2nd line/tiered support environment

? Eligibility for BPSS & NPPV3 clearance (after probation)

Nice to Have:

? Experience with CXone, NICE, or cloud contact centre tech

? SIP, VOIP trunking, or wider infrastructure exposure

Salary: Up to £45,000 DOE + £350 On-Call + Overtime
