Job summary

Cinnamon Care Collection in Chichester, West Sussex is seeking a 2nd Chef for our luxurious Lakeview Grange care home. You will work full time in a busy, well-equipped kitchen, preparing and serving appetising meals from local suppliers while upholding high standards of cleanliness and food safety.

We require at least 2 years catering experience, ideally at Chef de Partie level with NVQ 2/3, and a passion for fine dining that makes mealtimes memorable for residents.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years catering experience, ideally at Chef de Partie level with NVQ 2/3.
• Passion for fine dining and high standards of cleanliness and health & safety.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve meals from varied menus for residents.
• Order ingredients from local suppliers when possible.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and health & safety.
• Support Head Chef and contribute ideas to menus.
