Job summary

Harris Academy Orpington seeks an experienced teacher to join as 2iC of Science. The role requires QTS (or equivalent) and a relevant degree, plus at least one year of teaching experience and a proven record of raising achievement.

The successful candidate will demonstrate strong ICT skills, involvement in innovative curriculum development, and a solid grasp of literacy and numeracy strategies. Experience with Assessment for Learning and Learning to Learn, and willingness to coach for ongoing

• Have a proven ability to identify and implement strategies to raise standards of Teaching and Learning.
