Requirements

Have experience with both 2D and 3D design

Have proven experience in an animation studio, production company or advertising environment

Understand art theory basics (composition and colour theory)

Have a strong portfolio with examples of great 2D & 3D animation/motion graphic executions across a number of different channels

Possess excellent skills in the Adobe package, with an emphasis on After Effects

Possess excellent skills in storytelling and editing

Have a love and understanding of mobile games, and gaming culture

Have great attention to detail

Be a standout creative

Be super organised and professional

Be a good communicator

Be proactive

Have excellent time and project management skills

Have impeccable attention to detail

Responsibilities

Work independently and with a range of different client stakeholders

Solve problems both in your work and when work isn't going to plan

Lead and motivate small teams of creatives

Quality control content to ensure it is consistent in style, quality, and tone

Adapt quickly to business needs

Motivate creatives working alongside you

Preferred Qualifications

Be experienced in typography and graphic design

Have good illustration skills
