NHS Dumfries and Galloway is seeking a Dental Therapist Tutor for 4 days a week at the Dumfries Dental Centre. The post holder must be a GDC registrant with experience in education or be willing to undertake training.

The successful applicant will teach with the University of Highlands and Islands, BSc Oral Health Science, across Dumfries, Inverness and Stornoway, using video conferencing and a virtual learning environment.

NHS Dumfries and Galloway are looking for a Dental Therapist Tutor for 4 days a week based at the Dumfries Dental Centre.

The post holder should be a registrant with the GDC and have experience of, or be willing to undertake training in, education. The successful applicant will be part of a team of tutors delivering the University of Highlands and Islands, BSc Oral Health Science, in this innovative course which spans Dumfries, Inverness and Stornoway.

Familiarly with IT systems will be helpful as teaching is undertaken across video conferencing systems and in the virtual learning environment.

This post will require the successful applicant to have/obtain PVG Clearance.

While this role is advertised as 4 days per week, we welcome applications from individuals looking for alternative working patterns and will consider any number of days.
