Job summary

RM Williams in York is seeking a Customer Advisor for a part-time role (25 hours per week). You will drive a customer‑centric store experience, deliver the Signature Service and support day-to-day store operations.

You will build product knowledge across fashion, footwear and accessories, meet sales targets, and communicate effectively with customers and team members to maintain top standards of service.

Qualifications

• Experience in a premium retail environment is preferred.
• Proven ability to meet sales targets and KPIs.
• Ability to learn quickly and develop product knowledge across fashion, footwear and accessories.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with customers and team members.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to high standards of customer service and sales as a store role model.
• Maintain store visuals and presentation to ensure an excellent shopping environment.
• Deliver the Signature Service and welcome every customer to the RM Williams experience.
• Actively engage in selling products on the shop floor and participate in promotions and activities to hit daily, weekly, monthly and yearly targets.
• Stay informed about new products, promotions and company policies to assist customers effectively.
