Job summary

OCS UK & Ireland is seeking a Security Operations Manager to lead security operations across two central London locations, ensuring a safe, compliant environment. Reporting to the Senior Security Manager, you will be the key site contact for security and manage service delivery 24/7.

You will lead Security Supervisors, Officers, and Front of House staff, coordinate incident responses, conduct risk assessments, and liaise with external agencies. Flexibility for out-of-hours work is expected.

Qualifications

• Valid SIA Door Supervisor and CCTV licences.
• NSV clearance to SC level.
• BS7858 and BPSS clearance to be obtained prior to start.
• SC clearance obtained during probation period.
• At least 2 years' management experience in security or similar environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead security operations in line with contractual requirements.
• Act as main site contact for security incidents and escalations.
• Ensure staffing levels are maintained with trained/licensed personnel.
• Manage security control rooms and systems.
• Conduct site risk assessments and implement controls.
• Carry out regular security inspections, including out-of-hours visits.
• Coordinate incident responses and evolving risks.
• Maintain relationships with Police and Fire Services.
• Lead Security Supervisors and Officers and Front of House staff.
• Provide training and ensure licences remain current.
