OCS UK & Ireland is seeking a Security Operations Manager to lead security operations across two central London locations, ensuring a safe, compliant environment. Reporting to the Senior Security Manager, you will be the key site contact for security and manage service delivery 24/7.
You will lead Security Supervisors, Officers, and Front of House staff, coordinate incident responses, conduct risk assessments, and liaise with external agencies. Flexibility for out-of-hours work is expected.

The Security Operations Manager is responsible for leading security operations across 2 central London locations, ensuring a safe, secure and compliant environment.
Reporting to the Senior Security Manager, you’ll act as the key site contact for security and manage service delivery across a 24/7 operation.
Work 4 consecutive day shifts (07:00-19:00), followed by 4 days off, then 4 consecutive night shifts (19:00-07:00), followed by 4 days off.
