Job summary

Babcock International is seeking a Customer Service Representative for the Hawthorn, Corsham area to join the Mission Technologies team. You will be the first point of contact for customers using satellite communication systems, delivering an exceptional service in a fast-paced contact centre environment.

The role offers exposure to advanced communications, 24/7 support, and development opportunities, with a 42-hour week in a rotating 12-hour day/night pattern.

Qualifications

• Proven communication skills (listening, written and verbal).
• Pro-active and self-disciplined with initiative.
• Attention to detail and ability to prioritise workload.
• Competent with telephone and IT systems and MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Record details on CRM systems and handle contacts per service commitments.
• Interact with other departments to resolve cases and update users on progress.
• Promote a positive service culture and professional presentation.
• Develop desk standards, procedures and processes aligned with SLAs and KPIs.
• Perform general administration in the Contact Centre and ensure security procedures.
• Adhere to Health and Safety, Security, Ethics and Compliance policies.
