Job summary

Savant Recruitment is seeking an experienced SATCOM NOC Support Engineer to join a leading telecommunications organization in the UK. This role involves monitoring, management, and support of satellite communication services as part of a 24/7 shift rotation.

The engineer will provide first-line incident management and operational support across various critical services, working on satellite platforms. Previous experience in a SATCOM environment and incident management is essential. This is an initial 6-month contract with potential for extension.

Qualifications

• Previous experience within a Satellite Communications (SATCOM) environment is essential.
• Experience working within a Network Operations Centre (NOC) is required.
• Ability to work a 24/7 shift rota.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage satellite communication platforms.
• Conduct first-line incident management and operational support.
• Coordinate with internal teams and ensure service availability.
