Job summary

Recruitment Helpline Ltd. is seeking an experienced Processing Shift Supervisor for a 24/7 quarry operation at Hemerdon Mine, Plymouth, Devon.

You will oversee the ore processing function, supervise personnel, coordinate plant operations, and ensure safety and contractual performance on a day-to-day basis. The role requires hands-on experience in washing, crushing and screening, plus RAMS completion and site supervision.

Qualifications

• Proven supervision experience in crushing/screening/washing environments.
• RAMS knowledge and site supervision experience.
• Strong understanding of plant operations and maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day ore processing operations on site.
• Coordinate plant operations and personnel to meet contractual targets.
• Liaise with client and quarry management to maximise output and safety.
• Ensure safe systems of work and site compliance.
