Job summary

Recruitment Helpline Ltd is seeking an experienced Processing Site Supervisor for Hemerdon Mine in Plymouth. You will manage daily site operations, supervise personnel, coordinate plant activities and maintain safety and contractual standards.

The role includes a 4x4 shift pattern, 12-hour shifts with overtime at 1.5x, and a starting rate of £25 per hour. Full-time, permanent position with 31 days holiday and PPE provided.

Qualifications

• Proven experience supervising operations within crushing, screening, washing, or batching environments.
• Experience in site supervision and RAMS completion.
• Knowledge of construction or quarrying industry.
• Awareness of commercial and contractual considerations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day site operations and personnel.
• Coordinate plant operations and ensure safe, efficient work.
• Liaise with client and quarry management to meet objectives.
• Ensure contractors comply with site requirements and safe systems.
