Job summary

NHS Highland is seeking a proactive, hands-on operational leader to join the management team within the Highland Hub. You will provide leadership and line management for a team of Hub Controllers providing a 24/7 call centre service and will be expected to be operationally proficient in the Hub Controller role.

The Highland Hub provides the single point of contact for Key Stakeholders and Integrated Services including NHS Highland: Out of Hours Services, Telecare and Staffbank, NHS24 and other

Qualifications

• Experience leading a 24/7 call centre.
• Ability to manage a team of Hub Controllers.
• Experience with rotating shift patterns and on-call requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and line management for a team of Hub Controllers.
• Oversee a 24/7 call centre service ensuring timely access to right care.
• Collaborate with NHS Highland services including Out of Hours, Telecare and Staffbank.
