Independent Living Solutions Ltd. provides 24-hour support for Douglas at his home. You will assist with personal care, daily living activities, and follow therapy guidance, including sleeping night shifts Sunday to Tuesday. Driving the adapted vehicle and owning a car is required for training and travel.

Qualifications

• Excellent literacy and numeracy skills.
• Full driving licence and access to own car.
• Willingness to learn therapy-related tasks and programmes.
• Experience with adults with special needs is preferred but not essential.

Responsabilités

• Aiding and supporting Douglas in all care and daily living activities.
• Follow therapy recommendations from treating therapists.
• Carry out related domestic tasks and equipment maintenance as needed.
• Collaborate with family, team leader, case manager and therapists.
