Job summary

Iomart is seeking talented people to join our growing team. In this role, you'll take ownership of on-site operations at our Central London Data Centre, ensuring customer platforms run smoothly and efficiently.

You'll troubleshoot hardware and software across networking gear and servers, install and configure operating systems, monitor performance, and respond to alerts to maintain reliability and uptime. This role includes 24/7 shift-based support.

Qualifications

• Hardware experience including Cisco networking gear
• Experience or knowledge of OS installation
• Strong understanding of customer service
• Ability to work on a shift basis for 24/7 support

Responsibilities

• Own on-site data centre operations at Central London Data Centre
• Troubleshoot hardware and software across networking gear and servers
• Install and configure operating systems; monitor performance and respond to alerts
• Provide 24/7 support on rotating shifts to ensure customer satisfaction
