Job summary

South Warwickshire NHS Foundation Trust is seeking two Site Managers (Band 7) to lead 24/7 capacity management and bed management across the Trust. You will ensure safe staffing, escalation procedures, and seamless patient flow, working with on-call and executive teams out of hours.
