We are looking for an enthusiastic motivated individual to work as a Clerical Officer. You should have SVQ Level 2 (Pharmaceutical Sciences minimum of one unit) / level 5 SCQF / national 5 or General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC) standard of competence for pharmacy support staff.

What will I do?

  • Liaise with suppliers to assist in the efficient processing of invoices and credit notes.
  • Ensure documentation is completed to ensure timely and accurate payment
  • Administrative duties including scanning, photocopying, filing, and maintaining stockholding records

Who will I work with?

This post will be initially based at the Royal Infirmary of Edinburgh (RIE) and then in the Lauriston building.
