As part of a multidisciplinary team, the post holder will assess care needs, develop, implement, and evaluate care programs to ensure high-quality patient care. The post requires autonomous practice, supervision of staff and students, and may vary based on ward/department and patient dependency.
After 2 years of registration, the post holder will supervise staff, coordinate ward activities, and cover senior staff absences to maintain effective ward operations.
