WSP in the UK & Ireland is recruiting graduates to join our Transport & Mobility teams in 2027. You will help develop sustainable, accessible transport solutions and work with clients across the UK to deliver positive social, environmental and economic outcomes.

A little bit more about your role and the team… As a graduate in our Transport & Mobility teams, you'll help develop sustainable, accessible and efficient transport solutions that improve how people move through towns, cities and regions. Working with clients across the UK, you will contribute to strategies and projects that deliver positive social, environmental and economic outcomes for communities.

You will work on a varied range of projects, from improving active travel networks and public transport systems to supporting major developments, transport strategies and mobility initiatives. Collaborating with transport planners, engineers, urban designers and environmental specialists, you’ll help develop practical solutions to real-world transport challenges.

You will build skills in data analysis, transport modelling, stakeholder engagement and option development. From creating safer walking and cycling routes to improving access to sustainable transport and reducing congestion and carbon emissions, your work will help people travel and connect more easily.

What We’re Looking For

• You will be looking to start work in April or in September 2027.
• You will have an interest in transport planning, mobility, transport modelling, sustainable transport, active travel, public transport or transport strategy.
