Job summary

TUI Aircraft Engineering Apprenticeship Programme offers hands-on experience maintaining TUI's fleet. Apprentices will learn from experienced engineers across Base Maintenance in Luton and Line Maintenance in Birmingham, Manchester and Gatwick.

The programme runs from early 2027 with successful candidates joining in September 2027. We look for individuals passionate about aviation and engineering, eager to learn, with strong problem-solving skills and an eye for detail.

Responsibilities

• Support planned maintenance activities, inspections, repairs and modifications on aircraft.

What opportunities will be available?

Our Aircraft Engineering Apprenticeship Programme offers the chance to learn from experienced engineers whilst gaining hands‑on experience maintaining TUI's fleet.

Apprenticeship roles will be available across:

Base Maintenance

Luton

Working in our maintenance hangar environment, you'll support planned maintenance activities, inspections, repairs and modifications on our aircraft.

Line Maintenance

Birmingham
Manchester
Gatwick

Working alongside our operational engineering teams, you'll help ensure our aircraft are maintained safely and efficiently, keeping our customers flying.

We're interested in passionate individuals who are curious about engineering, enjoy problem‑solving and are excited about learning new skills.
