Placements will take place in either our Food & Beverage or Housekeeping department.

Our Placement students will join us for 12 months, where they will do 2 rotations for a period of 6 months each. During their programme, our placement students will have the opportunity to learn from some of the best in the business, seeing exactly how a 5* luxury hotel runs. Our placement students are an important part of how we forge our legacy, and are the leaders of the future. We also know what it takes to achieve ambition. Food & Beverage Our Placement Students are responsible for supporting the F&B outlet in order to provide the highest standard of service during their day. This will include mise-en-place and table set-up before service, speedy delivery of food during service and organizing teas and coffees where Barista training will be provided all to ensure our guests receives nothing but the best experience. During your placement you will gain experience across all of our different outlets, from relaxed day dining in The Barn, to afternoon tea service on the terrace and exposure to some of our amazing events held at the hotel. Housekeeping Our Placement Students will gain a hands on learning experience by carrying out operational roles within the Housekeeping department. During your placement, you will implement, monitor and improve service and performance standards and systems to provide a seamless guest experience and maximise business potential, gaining an in-depth understanding and knowledge of the Housekeeping operational areas by carrying out the duties of the respective roles.
