Coworth Park is offering a 12-month Placement Year for 2027/2028, with starts in March or September 2027. Interns will rotate between Food & Beverage and Housekeeping, gaining hands-on experience in a 5-star luxury hotel and learning how a premier operation delivers exceptional guest service.

You will develop leadership skills, work across outlets from The Barn to terrace service, and be mentored by experienced teams while contributing to daily service excellence.
