Job summary

Qualifications

• Must hold a Level 3 Early Years qualification (EY Educator or equivalent) meeting EYFS criteria.
• Must include a Level 2 English qualification.
• Strong understanding of the EYFS framework and its application to two-year-olds.
• Experience with 2–3 year olds and a passion for early years learning.

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day leadership of the 2-year-old room.
• Support and supervise a small team of staff.
• Maintain high standards of practice and EYFS compliance.
