How You'll Make an Impact

• You will be responsible for implementing projects for our diverse clients, ranging from simple, one-day jobs to complex systems migrations and security hardening.
• Projects typically include Office 365, EMS (including Intune, Conditional Access, Autopilot, and security features), Mimecast, Azure platform, and Hosted Telephony.
• Your successful delivery will help clients achieve their IT roadmaps and meet their demands due to growth, business change, or relocations.

Who We Are Looking For

• At least 5 years of experience in a commercial IT Support environment, preferably within an MSP, with a strong understanding of hardware, software, networking, and OS.
• Patience, empathy, and the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical users.
• Enjoy working both independently and as part of a team, leveraging others' expertise to solve problems.
• Exceptional customer service skills with a proven ability to build rapport quickly.

Systems You Are Familiar With

• Microsoft Office 365 services, Exchange, Mimecast, Gmail.
• Intune, Device Management, Conditional Access, Autopilot.
• Jamf, SharePoint Online, Teams, Microsoft Azure.
• Hosted telephony, Windows Server, GPO, AD, File Servers, other server roles.
• Windows OS (10 and 11), DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, LAN, Routing, VPN, WAN.
• Security, firewalls, Windows security for servers and workstations.
