Role: 1:1 Teaching Assistant

Type: Full time, long term initially (potential to become permanent)

Salary: £14.45 - £15.20 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide tailored 1:1 support to learners, both in the classroom and during outreach and outdoor activities
• Assist in lesson preparation and contribute to engaging, structured learning experiences
• Support behavioural management strategies and track student progress through daily reports
• Foster strong, positive relationships with students, parents and caregivers

What We’re Looking For:

• A committed and passionate individual with a genuine interest in supporting students with SEND
• Previous experience working with children, initially in a SEND or educational setting
• Adaptability, resilience and a proactive approach to learning and development
• An enhanced child workforce DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain one)
